Marriage?

as far as i'm concerned, i am still single. no wife, ex-wife, kids, or whatsoever. 

"don't you think that it's about time to get married? heck, you don't even have a girlfriend"

well, i don't deny that. there are a few of my friends of the same age who are already married. some of which already have a child. that being said, marriage is not as easy. its not something that you can just wing it. for starter, getting a true love is not easy. i guess we can always pretend to love someone under the pretext of boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. but ultimately, there are few things that need to be considered.

will you still be able to love her in 10, 30, 50 years time? 

will you be able to tolerate her flaws and imperfection for the rest of your life? 

more importantly, will she be able to do the same for you?

so until then, this is how i'll remain to be. 

Life

i guess a lot of people regard me as very mysterious or discreet about my personal life. Its because i don't really feel comfortable sharing those things with random people. so i don't talk about my personal life a lot and people don't ask. more importantly, the sense of insecurity on how people would perceive and judge me on a personal level is the main reason why. well, i have my reasons. but because of that people start to speculate about me. and don't get me wrong. i have no problem with it. there's just some funny moments when people started to ask me questions.

"eh dude, is it true ah that you're actually 28?"

"eh, i heard people said that this is your second degree. is it true?"

"Shapad, are you really married?"

the truth is i was born in 1990. and that makes me 23 this year. i entered CFS when i was 18 and i took foundation in engineering for 2 years. and then i took foundation in laws for another year. after i'm done, i entered gombak campus for a bachelor's degree. i took 1 semester of bachelor in political science before changing back to laws. so currently i'm in my second semester of bachelor in laws.

"why do you do it man? don't you wanna graduate? do u love the university so much?"

 i love to learn different things. not to say that i'm smart (i am NOT!), but learning different things is self-fulfilling to me. i am always curious about everything. having diversified knowledge allows me to understand things more holistically. but well, sometimes they just don't get it. so i just agree on whatever they said

wth? everythin was perfectly planned.. wan (my cousin) n i suppose to meet up hamdan n fatin at times square for the gig. (KD n other NILAI ppl couldnt come.. sial..). wan n i arrived quite early. around 10.00.. suddenly, after an hour of waiting, fatin called n apologize coz she couldnt make it. she said dat her friend came all d way from sabah 2 meet her. so she hav 2 entertain her friend instead.. shit!! now dat is wut i call a 'disaster'.. *sigh*.. hamdan plak.. we're suppose 2 meet at times square at 11.00 am.. wut happenned was when i called him at 12.00, he, with an innocent voice said dat he JUZ WOKE UP!! WUT THE HELL???

MCPA HALL!!

finally.. hamdan arrived.. around 2.00... *cursing*... d 3 of us went to maharajalela trying to find MCPA HALL... we were circling maharajalela for almost HALF AN HOUR.... where d hell is MCPA Hall weyh??? finally, after circling n cursing like crazy, we manage 2 find d MCPA Hall which happens 2 be juz nearby the monorail station.. (sial.. penat je pusing jauh2..)..

THE GIG

we were informed that the first 500 will receive a free album from couple.. yes.. d new album released on dat day... d gig starts at 1.00 n we arrived at 2.30.. n guess wut?? we got d free album!! lol... OMG!! gle best dowh.. urr, on second thought, 'where d hell are gonna put dis thing when we mosh?'..

few songs were played.. no one was moshing.. d best dat they could come out with is headbangging..WTF?? dis is sooooo frustrating.... so i sat on d floor n start smoking.. suddenly, hamdan saw someone.... it's AH CHONG!! thank god!! at least its not juz d 3 of us.. he came with few other friends of ours.. wut a relieve..

GOD!! it was so boooring... so hamdan, wan n i went down to hav some breakfast (breakfast??)... wan n i got ourselves some maggi goreng n teh o ais.. havent had any meal since morning.. after d 'breakfast' we went back in.. juz in time.. it's time for bunkface.. Yeay! finally ppl start 2 mosh n get crazy.. Thank god!!!! we went moshing, jumping, pogo-ing n god-knows-wut.. i was totally wet with sweat.. as if i was on a shower with my clothes on.. gosh it was exhausting.. n fun!!!.. the gig ends at 7.00.. so i guess it was ok.. 4 hrs of moshing..

Overall, d gig was fun.. eventhough it was not as entertaining as 'rock d world'. obviously.. but then i guess it's ok.. i had fun, wan had fun, hamdan had fun, everyone had fun... so i guess i'd still look forward 4 d next gig...

OMG!!! seriously.. it was fuckin awesome... really had a good time..... i went crazy out there... headbanging, jumping like monkeys n lots of stuffs.....

Among the bands who performed were the times, estranged,one buck short, butterfingers, bunkface, koffin kanser, republic of brickfields n revenge

i hav 2 admit d fact dat dis whole concert really turn my mood back on after d 'weekends hangout' dat was screwed..... seriously man.. it's sooooo worth d 25 bucks tiket.... even when i hav 2 subsidise 10 bucks 4 hamdan's as well. siot tol.. haha..

Zira fainted!!!

WTF?

in d middle of d concert suddenly zira FAINTED.. well, i didnt realize it at first... i was keeping up with KD who were goin far away frm d group... n the ironic part was zira fainted exactly when the song 'Gadisku Dalam Koma' started.. haha... pity zira ... kne gelak time balik.. lol...

Wargh.... d concert ends earlier then scheduled... it ends sumwhere around 11.. KD, Mr botak (lol), hamdan and i went 2 buy dis 'rock d world' t-shirt as a souvenir.. after d whole process of bargaining n 'seducing' by KD (lol) we managed 2 get 1 t-shirt for 10 bucks... hahaha... zira was so envious coz she bought d same shirt earlier for 25 bucks.. (oops.. sorryy..) it was juz not ur luck zira... haha..

then we hav 2 walk all d way back 2 times square from stadium merdeka by FOOT... adoi... patah kaki woi... especially after all those 'jumping like monkeys' thing dat we did earlier... *sigh*....

went back 2 PJ around 2 after having a teh ais wit hamdan at some kedai mamak around times square n guess wut... we hav 2 CLIMB THE FENCE!! lalala~ dah la btol2 belakang guard post plak 2 .. haha... n we successfully got back to our room safely without being caught by the pak guard. haha.. i noe, screw d rules in CFS. lol.. but it was so much FUN. seriously..

thnx 2 all fellas from nilai. god, u really turn my life on... i'm definitely looking forward 4 d nxt gig... n u ppl from NILAI, u'd better tag along s well. Hamdan, u too.. coz u guys ROCKS!!!
